snow? fire? demo?

Upon making my morning breakfast, I look out the window to see small white flakes being pushed around by the wind. It being April 5th, I double guess myself.... Is that snow? Or is there some huge fire nearby? Possibly a demolition at the too-close-to-me Atlantic Yards development?
